Abstract
The explicit crossover behavior of the polymer solution viscosity in the dilute and semidilute regimes is presented. The calculation
is done incorporating two effects: (i) the gradual screening of both hydrodynamic and excluded-volume interactions, (ii) the
entanglement constraint. The result shows a continuous change to a reptation-like asymptote.
