Abstract
We discuss the formation of large loops in adsorbed polymer layers when the bulk concentration C is large. This allows us to introduce a new characteristic length  $\Lambda$ that corresponds to the extension of the loops in the bulk. We find that $\Lambda \sim {\rm NC}^{3/4}$ and increases from the screening length $\xi$ to the radius of the chains when concentration increases. This may be observed for instance by dilution of the solution subsequent to adsorption.
