Abstract
We discuss the formation of large loops in adsorbed polymer layers when the bulk concentration C is large. This allows us
to introduce a new characteristic length
that corresponds to the extension of the loops in the bulk. We find that
and increases from the screening length
to the radius of the chains when concentration increases. This may be observed for instance by dilution of the solution subsequent
to adsorption.
