Abstract
The rate at which the internal mode of motion of the strained polymer chains in semidilute solutions relaxes is calculated as a function of concentration. The excluded-volume and hydrodynamic interactions are taken into account. Gradual approach to the behavior of ideal chains due to the screening effect is demonstrated explicitly.
